Solid starting kit for kombucha
I ordered this kit from Amazon, not knowing that the vendor had it's own website. I really loved the kombucha and am now looking for other supplies to restart making it. (SCOBY and better bottles, also another lid for my one gallon lid) I wish the vendor had a bit more in that area but although the kit was rudimentary, it was super simple for a "newb" to get into home fermentation. I was left convinced that it was a home operation as the directions were low quality print outs that were faded but who cares? (I only include that bit incase someone wants to make a gift of it...be prepared to dress it up. It was awhile ago that I ordered mine so it might not be necessary now either.)
Only note is to make your packaging a little more creative - ie put your label on your containers and glassware
