Love it!!!

This was a gift for my twelve year old son Nelson. He wowed everyone with his peppermint patties and the next day he was speaking of ganache. I really appreciate the usage of organic materials. I look forward to using your kits each month as a part of our homeschool curriculum. Thank-you

Good Present Idea

This kit smells delicious! I bought it for my daughter who loves to bake and had asked for a chocolate making kit for Christmas. The only downside is the thermometer. To temper the chocolate, the directions indicate you need to cool it to a certain temperature (95 degrees I think), but not let it cool to below a certain temperature (85 degrees I think). The thermometer, however, starts at 100 degrees! I can wing it I guess, but for my daughter that's a little trickier.

Good Quality Chocolate

We haven't tried it yet - but just the aroma from the box lets me know it's good quality chocolate. Looking forward to making some chocolate with my daugher this weekend.
